Public legal evidence

A provider’s capability, its policy, an aggregate transparency report and an actual case are different evidence. Data from phones, witnesses, telecom, stores and relays must not be attributed to the messenger provider without proof. Absence of a public case is not proof of absence. This research is not legal advice.
